bio
Phil stated coaching volleyball 20 years ago while attending Northern Arizona University. Phil coached the 14-under team for High Altitude Volleyball Club for 2 years before moving to Parker, Arizona.
Phil was an assistant coach with the Parker High School freshman and varsity volleyball teams for two years, including when they won the 3A State Championship in 2007.
Phil has been an assistant coach with RVA-North for two seasons at the 17s and 14s levels. He is looking forward to another great season with RVA!
