Nevena Gluscevic, known as Coach Nev, is a coach with eight years of professional playing experience and more than 20 years of leadership and management expertise. She is dedicated to teaching proper form, performance enhancing techniques, and sportsmanship all while fostering a positive mindset. Her mantra is, “Mindset is a choice. It requires daily practice because it shapes our perspective and influences all of our actions.”

* Professional Volleyball Career: Played as a middle blocker for the Serbian team Postar for eight years.

* Three years as Head Coach for Great Hearts North Phoenix Prep’s Middle School Volleyball team (grades 5-8).
* Head Coach for the 12 Dragons RVA team.
* Assistant Coach for 11 Premier and the Revolution Development Program (RDP) for three years.
