Lauren Buseman

18 Elite Assistant Coach

Lauren Buseman

bio

Since 2011, Lauren has assisted high school volleyball strength/conditioning programs in every state that she
has lived in. After graduating from college, she joined the U.S. Coast Guard and moved around quite a bit.

When Lauren wasn’t living on a ship, she  was playing competitive grass, beach, and indoor volleyball.  As someone who was constantly moving to a new city on my own, volleyball was always my first outlet to meeting new people and making new memories. Playing volleyball as an adult is really where this sport turned her hobby into her passion.

In 2020, she officially began coaching full-time and joined the staff at Mt. Pleasant Volleyball (MVP) club in Charleston, SC. In 2021 she left active-duty military and moved back to Arizona, where she began coaching with Revolution Volleyball Academy in 2022.

As a coach, she will always encourage these young women to reach for the stars, no matter what they may be. On or off the court, she’ll help them prepare for their next steps after high school. It is truly
amazing to see how far tenacity, respect, and simply loving what you do will take you in this world!
