Jess Knecht

Coach Jess has coached at a competitive high school and club volleyball level. She brings innovative training that empowers her athletes to crush their goals on and off the court. She trains athletes to master the elite mindset and effective communication.

She is an Elite Mindset Coach at Max Out Mindset and is a recruiting coordinator at RVA.
