Caitlin Lord

Caitlin grew up in the Phoenix area and played club volleyball for 5 years as an outside hitter. She also played as an outside hitter and defensive specialist at Pinnacle High School, joining the Varsity team as a Sophomore in the Fall of 2016. After high school, Caitlin chose to take a break from volleyball to pursue a degree in Environmental
Engineering at Northern Arizona University. When she’s not at the gym, Caitlin works full time as an Environmental Engineer for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.

Caitlin returned to the club volleyball world as a coach in 2019 and joined Revolution in November of 2020. In addition to coaching at Revolution, Caitlin is also on staff at Horizon High School, coaching across all three levels with her primary role being the
Head Coach of the Junior Varsity team.

Caitlin’s favorite memory at Revolution is coaching 11 Premier with her dad to a first-place finish at the 2023 AZ Region Qualifier
after losing the first set in the Championship Match.
