Hayley Greenwell

With over 11 years of coaching experience, Hayley Greenwell is an energetic and
dedicated volleyball coach committed to developing athletes both on and off the
court. She focuses on building strong fundamentals, volleyball IQ, and team
culture based on honesty, accountability, and transparency. Hayley believes in
prioritizing the process of growth while also strategizing for a successful and
competitive club program.

Hayley led the 15 Premier team to a historic copper medal win, making them the
youngest team in the Prescott area to ever medal (2023/2024). Prior to that, she
coached the 14 Premier team to become the youngest and highest-ranked non-
medaling team in the Prescott area (2022/2023). She also helped lead Prescott High
School’s JV team to their winningest season in five years and guided the Mile High
Middle School Red Team to their first-ever tournament championship.
Known for her effective communication with athletes, parents, coaches, and staff,
Hayley builds strong relationships that support a positive, competitive, and growth-
focused environment. Her dedication to both athlete development and team success
makes her a valued leader in the volleyball community.
