Elizabeth Roy

Elizabeth “Liz” Roy brings a wealth of experience to RVA as both a player and a coach. Liz started her playing career in Arizona at Shadow Mountain High School and club volleyball where she played for Revolution. After high school, Liz played four years of college beach volleyball at Hendrix College where she achieved a beach National Championship.

Prior to coming to Revolution, Liz coached at Hollenball Juniors in Arkansas. Liz is passionate about helping athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. She is currently studying applied sport and performance psychology in pursuit of working with athletes or military. Outside of volleyball, Liz enjoys hot pilates, spending time outdoors, building with Legos, and baking.
