Carl DeFriez

Carl has coached and played at all levels and across all age groups over the years spending over 20 years coaching both boys and girls at the high school and club levels. After to moving to Arizona, Carl started coaching at Revolution where he has primarily coached in the 17-18’s age groups while working as a mentor coach and club development leader.

Carl has trained some outstanding athletes and teams over the years that routinely qualify in the Open Division of USAV Nationals and often win the AZ Region Championship. Most of his Revolution players have gone on to successful playing careers in college and a few have even gone on to play professionally.

Carl’s passions at Revolution also include his involvement with Recruiting and College Prep where he has  been very fortunate over the past decade at Revolution to help over 100 athletes navigate the recruiting process and prepare for the next level.

Carl is currenttly the Head Coach at Liberty High School.
